CAPE JAFFA WINES
Cape Jaffa Wines sits humble as a paddock stoned cottage over-looking their treasured Block 15 vines, but this 3rd generation winery is anything but ordinary. Innovative in their approach, Cape Jaffa Winery are pioneers for biodynamic winemaking in South Australia. Operating their entire facility off-grid, in 2017 Cape Jaffa started brewing their own beers, launching Loophole Brewing Co which is now distributed nationally. Again making use of it’s unique environment, Cape Jaffa Wines has newly released it’s own canned Sparkling Mineral Water LC36˚ sourced from local limestone aquifers. If that is not enough, you can now immerse yourself in all things Cape Jaffa Wines by staying in their newly renovated CJ Cottage.
Cape Jaffa Wines Cellar Door is open seven days a week 11am-4pm (5pm in school holidays). Grab a spot on the lawn, in their paddock stone courtyard, chat to their staff in the Cellar Door or on their newly renovated deck over-looking their vineyard.

NORFOLK RISE
Conveniently over the road from Cape Jaffa Winery, you don’t have to travel far for another great Mount Benson experience, Norfolk Rise Wines. Aptly named after the Norfolk Pines that line the boulevard running through the centre of the vineyard. Recently bought by the McBride family in 2021, they have since installed 256 solar panels which now powers around 75% of their day-to-day energy needs.
You’ll see sheep amongst the vineyards, a beautiful garden which might also feature in your seasonal platter, mulberry ice-cream, a sandpit for the kids with tractors galore, as well as games for the adults.

WANGOLINA
Renowned for their alternative varieties like Grüner Veltliner and Malvasia Istriana, Wangolina Wines is leading the way with wine-making in Mount Benson. Scenic pastoral views, contemporary wines, lush lawns and plenty of wide open spaces. For the food connoisseurs you can’t go past their ‘Chip n Sip’, winemaker approved wine and potato chip pairing.
